Absolutely horrible I came a few years back to to get cavity removal in one of my teeth then have a filling but they didn't take all the cavity out they added filling now I took an x-ray on it and turns out it was infected like it was seen able from outside my gums ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!

Service is terrible. Front desk was rude, surprisingly, the manager is even more rude. It’s so easy for them to tell you that you’re not covered without even verifying that they have the correct information. Ridiculous!

Very bad customer service. My daughter's appointment was supposed to be on August 15th, but my daughter she's very sick and she's currently sleeping in the hospital. so I spoke with them to change my daughter's appointment, which was an emergency appointment. They told me I had to wait until September 25th, If I could give Zero star I will

Above and Beyond — True Professionalism I had an urgent dental issue and was fortunate enough to be seen at this clinic without an appointment. The entire team was kind and accommodating, and Dr. Mira went above and beyond to help me. She not only resolved the discomfort from a high crown but also took care of a separate cavity on the spot — something she absolutely didn’t have to do. Her professionalism, precision, and genuine care made all the difference. I’m truly grateful and highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality, compassionate dental care. I always have an awful experience with the receptionist who has dark hair at this office. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She barely acknowledged me and seemed completely uninterested in helping. Greeting clients and customers are a big part of a office. You feel so unwelcomed here. To make matters worse, she put me on hold for hours without any explanation or apology. I understand that offices can be busy, but making someone wait that long is unacceptable. I hope the management addresses this issue immediately. No one should have to deal with such poor service. If this is the standard here, I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. The people who own this place are very respectful, but I truly believe that they need workers to make this office better place.
